Permanent Benefits: Van and fuel card 25 days holiday 7% employer pension contribution Annual personal review Seasonal flu jabs Employee assistance programme Wide range of development and training Team building events Income Protection Scheme Duties and Responsibilities: Use specialised equipment to pinpoint leaks and tackle their source Carry out leak detection jobs and AdHoc projects covering the regions as required Ensure the equipment is serviced correctly in line with quality procedures Generate job reports and advise on prevention measures Conduct site assessments on buildings, pipes, and structural systems for the extent of water ingress Recommend and perform basic repairs, and assist trades on more complex repairs Conduct moisture surveys and write technical reports Calibrate and use leak detection equipment such as thermal cameras, acoustic detectors, or moisture meters Perform trace & access of hidden pipework Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a plumbing role is required Relevant qualifications in plumbing are beneficial A Full Driving License is required (Must be manual) Previous experience and knowledge of the restoration industry is beneficial If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
