Essential Requirements
A minimum of 12 months plumbing knowledge is preferable.
Good attitude to work, regardless of the time of day or weather conditions.
Excellent customer service skills – delivering world-class service.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Can work to strict deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Able to work in an organised and tidy manner.
Hold a current UK Driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.
A DBS check is a requirement for this role.
Desirable Skills
Drainage work experience is a distinct advantage.
Water Jetting Association Safety Awareness Trained.
Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
Plumbing: Emergency work & maintenance repairs; primary pipework, toilet repairs, tap replacements, and general reactive maintenance.
Drainage: blockages, leaking waste pipes, SVP replacements, CCTV camera inspections and surveys, drainage excavations and repairs, relining and drainage repairs.
A trusted partner for all preventative maintenance and remedial work requirements for everything plumbing and drainage – Domestic & Commercial.
