1 in 5 - £3,000 call-out retainer.
Working Hours:
08:00 - 17:30 - 1 hour lunch break unpaid

Carry out servicing, breakdown, and maintenance work on all types of gas, boilers, plumbing, and heating systems. Carry out all aspects of gas, boiler, plumbing, and heating installation work as required. Carry out major installation work, including but not limited to full central heating systems, boiler swaps, cylinders storage tanks including all associated pipework alterations. Undertake minor plumbing repairs, such as replacement ball valves, syphons, and tap refurbishment. Carry out Landlord gas safety inspections. Carry out heating and plumbing inspections for contract suitability. Carry out heating-related site surveys and prepare specifications for surveyors as required. Qualifications
