In short, we are looking for someone who has managed the installation (project management) of small projects, e.g., boiler swaps and associated pipework. You may also be responsible for managing the replacement of VRF's / VRV's / splits and small lighting upgrades.
The Role
As a small works contact manager, you will manage projects ranging from 10k to 500k, which will include the replacement of boilers and associated pipework and/or air-conditioning units, lighting replacements, and small power upgrades for commercial and leisure clients in Yorkshire, the North West, and North East. You will manage direct trades and also sub-contract labor and oversee projects from initial enquiry to handover. You will be client-facing and involved with pricing and negotiating works. The Person
You will have a mechanical trades background and experience in managing small-scale projects in a commercial environment. Salary
£50,000 to £53,500 4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday + bank holidays + car allowance c. £6,500
