About the Role: As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and high-quality teaching to students enrolled in our plumbing courses. You will inspire and support learners to develop the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional standards required to excel in the plumbing trade.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering innovative and effective lessons to a diverse group of students, ensuring they meet learning objectives and industry standards. Assessing students' progress through practical demonstrations, coursework, and exams, providing constructive feedback to aid their development. Supporting students to achieve their qualifications and prepare for employment or further study. Contributing to the development of course materials, lesson plans, and resources to enhance the learning experience. Keeping up to date with industry developments to ensure course content reflects current practices and standards. Providing guidance and support to students, fostering their confidence, skills, and professional growth.

About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced plumbing professional with a passion for teaching and mentoring. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality education and training.

To be successful in this role, you will need: Relevant plumbing qualifications (Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent). Industry experience in the plumbing sector. A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential - we welcome applications from experienced plumbers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and are eager to develop their teaching career.
