We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing, Maintenance, and Drainage Engineer to join our team, covering a variety of clients, including private residences, housing associations, office developments, and public sector projects across Central London. This role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, offering an opportunity to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct repairs, installations, and surveys of internal and external drainage systems. Perform general plumbing tasks, including pre-planned maintenance (PPM). Execute drainage surveys, high-pressure jetting, and lining works. Manage installations for both plumbing and drainage systems. Attend multiple sites across London, ensuring timely and high-quality service. Participate in a Saturday rota (one per month).
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing, maintenance, and drainage engineering. Valid UK Driving License. CSCS card preferred. Strong knowledge of internal and external plumbing systems. Ability to work independently and flexibly to meet project demands.
