Position: Plumbing Site Supervisor
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
Location: Various sites within Kent
We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Site Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations on a number of construction sites. This role is crucial for ensuring all activities adhere to safety standards and project specifications while keeping timelines on track. Key Responsibilities for a Plumbing Site Supervisor Supervise daily plumbing operations, ensuring that installations meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to align work schedules and resolve site issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress, challenges, and safety compliance. Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors. Ensure that all plumbing tools and equipment are correctly maintained and stored. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timesheets and compliance records. Essential Qualifications for a Plumbing Site Supervisor Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid plumbing trade qualifications and safety certifications. Desirable Skills Experience in large-scale, new build construction projects. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction sector. Proficiency in project management software.
