Responsibilities:
Assist customers with plumbing product inquiries and provide expert advice. Process orders accurately, handle invoicing, and manage payments efficiently. Replenish stock on the shop floor and participate in regular stock counts. Assist with deliveries to and from the store. Handle telephone inquiries effectively, maintaining clear communication with customers and colleagues. Respond positively and promptly to customer needs.
Requirements: Solid understanding of plumbing materials. Good interpersonal skills, confident and able to approach customers. Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team. The ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivated.
