Full Time PLVE Dentist with GDC registration required 5 days per week for a friendly, mixed Practice near Clacton On Sea.
£5000 RELOCATION ALLOWANCE & Sponsorship paid for MUST have GDC Registration £12 per UDA Private 50% Support in finding rental properties to move into Step by step support applying for Performer number Ideally looking for a clinician who can offer Invisalign or equivalent Days: Full Time Monday to Friday and option of working Saturdays Established patient base, Den Plan available Friendly and supportive team to enable you to deliver excellent patient care Access to Clinical support 8 spacious, recently refurbished, modern air conditioned surgeries Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, Apex Locators, Sandblasters, CBCT Scanner and Implant Motor, Zoom Lamp, Dentally Software Fully computerised with modern well-equipped, well ventilated surgeries A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities Hygienist and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator Close to the Pier and the town centre Compliance requirements: Full NHS Performer Number Local Area Team confirmation GDC certificate UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years Indemnity certificate Passport Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months) Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees) Degree certificate CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months IRMER PIN number
