A good relevant degree. Previous professional experience, including at the Senior Ecologist level (or equivalent). Ability to communicate effectively with clients, design teams, planners, and regulators. Confidence in the preparation of technical reports, including EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, ES Ecology chapters, and Ecological Management Plans. Commercial awareness and aptitude for business development. Full Membership of CIEEM; Chartered Ecologist/Environmentalist would be an advantage. A Full UK driving licence.
