Reporting to the Finance PMO Lead you will operate well-defined PMO processes in support of the Finance Change team. You will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and reporting on the Finance Change delivery and performance assisting PMO Leads and Project Managers with status reporting, milestone reporting, RAID (Risk, Assumption Issue and Dependency) management. Update ServiceNow with project schedules, cost and resource forecasts and project status reports. Administer the change control process. Key Responsibilities:

Support adherence to the Change Lifecycle and Standards, promoting a strong project governance framework through support and quality assurance of governance activities Log risks and issues, update on progress of actions and close down Record identifying information for new projects and resources Ensure project reports are provided on time by project managers Aggregate project level information e.g. costs, resources, achievements as input to a programme status report including objective commentary Update the programme schedule - to show baselines, forecasts, status and dependencies Support project closure reporting, identifying lessons learned and documenting benefits assessment Secretariat for project-related meetings including quality review of submissions, issue pack and minutes Act as custodian and guardian of the master copy of all the project, programme or portfolio info Key Skills and Competencies:

Highly motivated, organised and proactive - committed to achieving exceptional results Effective stakeholder communication and strong relationships, supported by collaboration, cross-project teamwork and cross-functional relationships Excellent report writing skills so that key messages are understood, including formal meeting presentation documentation Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment Ability to use a project management system such as ServiceNow for data recording Ability to apply common project controls such as change requests, document control and retrieval Experience:
