We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting team. The PMO Analyst will support the Project & Programme Managers in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and their insights, as well as supporting the Head of Portfolio Ops in the delivery of key PMO initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary risks/issues
Preparing project status reports for management review
Assisting in project planning and scheduling, including the definition of project scope and objectives
What we are looking for:
Must have experience working as a Consultant at Big 4 / Accenture (or similar) (1-5 years ideally)
Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from conception, through to BAU
Previous experience with PM planning and management tools, such as MS Project and Trello would be desirable
Strong program coordination and administration abilities
Ability to analyse a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
Familiarity with RAID management
