Lead, manage, and support a team of geographically dispersed direct reports including program managers and program coordinators. Oversee the rigorous administration of effective program management practices and enforce adherence to Fluke’s Agile Program Management (APM) process. Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs, from initiation to closure. Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure on-time delivery of programs to support the organization’s strategic and financial goals. Drive quality improvements across projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional teams, and local functional leaders. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance PMO processes and methodologies. Identify areas for efficiency gains and implement best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years

of experience in project management developing system-level products, encompassing electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software within fully integrated systems. Proven track record of successfully managing highly skilled teams, including geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams. Expertise in problem solving, risk management, change management, and Agile Program Management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. PMP certification preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
