We currently have a new requirement for a PMO Planning Analyst on an initial 3 Month Contract with potential further extensions. Strong planning experience is an essential part of the role, ideally in a public sector organisation. What You'll Do:

As a PMO Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed project plans. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending actionable solutions. Managing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Producing insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Enhancing and refining PMO tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency. What We're Looking For:

We need a proactive and detail-oriented professional who has: A strong background in project management, planning, or analysis. Excellent proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA). Analytical prowess with experience in creating reports and visualisations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
