ABOUT THE JOB
Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for a candidate for the position of Podcast Outreach Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a brand mindset to take our Europod podcast network to the next level.
In this position, you will support the development of Bulle Media and its Europod network of podcasts, with the aim of developing our audience and implementing marketing strategies. In an inspiring and challenging work environment, you will work with a growing multicultural team of enthusiastic young professionals in journalism, podcasting, and European affairs. Our experience has placed us as the leader in podcast services within the EU bubble.
TASKS
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
● Manage the community of European podcasters, producers, and translators via LinkedIn; post announcements; answer questions – Build our new community;
● Support the communication with Europod’s independent podcasters
AUDIENCE DEV
● Develop cross-promotion network; create partnerships with media & web-radio;
● Work closely with our aggregator Acast; management of podcast feeds; upload content on the platform;
● Manage relations with journalists and media partners in the context of audience development;
● Work closely with the Editorial team to guide them toward the content our audience wants across all channels;
● Apply to podcast festivals and prizes and build promotion swaps;
● Stay ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and get our new property in on the ground floor of any breaking opportunities;
● Develop and distribute reporting to communicate learnings from the past and opportunities going forward;
● Provide and analyze regular reporting based on audience size and engagement metrics to measure growth and inform ongoing strategy shifts;
MARKETING
● Develop Europod brand (brand identity) with the support of the CEO;
● Website redesign;
● Work on Europod’s target audience.
SKILLS
You have excellent communication skills and are able to manage stakeholders of different levels;
You are fluent in English both spoken and written and have good knowledge of French (any other language would be appreciated);
You have good interpersonal skills;
You listen to podcasts and have some knowledge of podcasting;
You have a keen interest in Europe;
You are multitasking, structured, rigorous, and able to define priorities.
PROFILE
Big fan of podcasts;
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications;
Willingness to learn and grow in a small but dynamic company;
Entry-level experience so we are open to recent graduates!

You will be trained during your first month in podcast audience development strategies by the CEO and COO of our company.
