The service takes referrals for any age and has recently launched self-referral portals for adults to self-refer and get self-management advice. Self-management and education of patients to self-manage where suitable is strongly encouraged in the service. We provide general NHS podiatry services including biomechanics as well as Diabetic podiatry and we also work in the MDT diabetic foot clinic. Due to the variety of our service there are excellent opportunities to develop your skills which are supported by our Band 6 and 7 podiatrists through rotations in our well established biomechanics, diabetes and pediatric clinics. We also have a close working relationship with the orthotics service. About us

Good theoretical and practical knowledge of a broad range of assessments including specialist relevant to the specialist care group and the relative benefits of each.
