The opportunity Working within the Point of Sale Team is high pressure and involves working in a fast-paced environment. You will be working directly with the sales teams, their Managers, Ops and Directors to assist with any ‘non sales’ related tasks to ensure the sales team can focus on sales and productivity. Although the job consists of ADHOC admin tasks, the focus of the role is using specialist software to view the market's current prices and generate contracts. What exactly will you do? Assisting the sales teams with pricing meters and drafting up their contracts. Adhering to the requirements of the suppliers to avoid any rejections. Supporting the teams and advising the best route for pricing their customers based on evidence provided. ADHOC admin tasks that the business needs daily. What we’re looking for Knowledge and experience of using CRM systems. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook is a must). Experience within the energy sector either in broker or supply (desirable). Great attention to detail, with a number’s bias. Must be able to adapt quickly to changes made internally and also by the suppliers. Someone who remains calm under pressure. Can work as part of a team but also on their own. Positive attitude.
