Master’s degree or equivalent experience in government innovation (national, regional, or local level). Experience in designing training programs at a professional, graduate, or executive education level. Proficiency in creating case studies, policy briefs, working papers, presentations, or blogs. Relevant experience in government innovation and training program design. Job Description

The Policy Fellow will design and deliver world-class executive education for mayors and their teams as part of the European City Leadership Programme. Responsibilities include developing teaching cases on government innovation, creating training sessions on activities such as citizen engagement and experimentation, and producing high-quality policy outputs like briefs and working papers.
