A degree in geography, hydrogeology, geophysics, or a related field Accredited hydrographic qualification to IHO Cat A standard Minimum of one year’s practical experience in hydrographic surveying, including inshore survey techniques Experience using multi-beam survey systems and processing associated data Proficiency in current computer systems, RTK, GPS, Autocad, sound navigation systems, and SONARs Port Hydrographer Benefits
