Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor or legal executive with: Experience managing claimant personal injury portal caseloads, ideally involving Occupiers’ and Public Liability claims. A background in supervising large teams of paralegals. Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocols. Excellent organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools. Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary (£40,000–£50,000) with a team bonus scheme. 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation. 23 days holiday (rising to 26 days) plus bank holidays. Additional perks, including: Holiday buyback options and an extra day for your birthday after two years’ service. Private medical insurance and death in service benefit after two years.
