As a Portfolio Accountant at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Take charge of the accuracy and integrity of accounting records for your designated portfolio. Prepare and review year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors. Monitor cash flow, manage service charge demands, and handle P&L and balance sheet reports. Work with advanced accounting software (Propman is desirable) and MS Excel. Review financial reports, prepare variance analyses, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. What We’re Looking For:

Significant accounting experience with a recognized qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent). Strong experience in property management accounting, including service charge management. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with audit processes and statutory accounts, ideally within the property sector.
