If you're currently a Senior QR, Sub-PM (or indeed PM) with broad experience in designing, developing and implementing systematic high-frequency strategies, with additionally wider expertise and understanding of how to leverage data, infrastructure, and people, to implement, optimise and enhance systematic trading strategies, and feel that it might be a good time to explore an option to set up your own team / move to a new setup on a better deal, we should talk.
You're trading in the high/mid-frequency realm (Sharpe 4+), and have deployable, profitable trading strategies with a 'verifiable' 2+ year track record (some flexibility in terms of how that track record could be verified, depending on your current/recent role and firm).
You're looking for a platform that can offer you a transparent, viable deal structure (in the 40-50% range), with solid DMA and network infrastructure, and the autonomy to scale your business with required resources (data, people, technology).
You recognise that there's a risk/reward trade-off, but are confident in your own approach to realising a high-reward return over a realistic timeframe. You are equally looking for a platform that will actively encourage you to scale (capacity / new strategies, etc.) when the time is right.
You're looking for a remote-first option, where an office is optional, but not required (your call).
You're looking for a platform that already has proven success with other PM groups, a known entity, somewhere that you can establish conviction that they're able to provide you with the right platform to achieve success.
