Portfolio Manager ! The Portfolio Manager will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business leaders, aligning technology solutions with the organisation's strategic vision and goals. This role ensures that the organisation's digital roadmaps are outcome-focused, deliver clear ROI, and maximize value from technology investments. Acting as the crucial link between IT and business, this role encourages teamwork, aligns strategies, and oversees a unified tech portfolio. It promotes innovation and ensures that collaborations with external partners are strategically geared toward achieving common objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory: Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and aligning strategic goals to the technology roadmap Designing business cases and collaborating cross-functionally Advocating for the IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's long-term goals and business outcomes. Formulate and prioritise initiatives to enhance technology's impact on organisational deliverables Portfolio Management: Lead portfolio management, ensuring that projects and product roadmaps align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable results. Manage IT demand, ensuring initiatives are outcome-focused, justified, and ROI-driven. Leadership & Governance: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, act as the primary escalation point for business-related IT issues, resolving challenges promptly. Support strategic procurement for high-value IT investments. Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Manage budgets in collaboration with business units. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead data-driven decision-making and enforce performance metrics to measure value delivery. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to establish strong IT and Business cohesiveness and deliver effective technological solutions that enhance business outcomes. Skilled in developing and executing strategic visions, prioritising/managing business needs Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill Proven track record of managing teams, fostering collaboration, and building relationships at all organisational levels.
