Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Sales Consultant to join the Sales Team within our Gateshead Branch.

This job will involve growing the portfolio of Passenger Lifts, Escalators, Goods Lifts, Stairlifts, and Access Lifts for the Service Branch through proactive sales, retention, and relationship-building activities.

As the Portfolio Sales Consultant, you will work 37 hours a week. This job is a permanent contract.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge of lifts who thrives on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Portfolio Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Seek out and secure new customers, winning them onto service contracts. Retain existing customers by renewing contracts and converting customers at the end of their warranty periods. Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to evaluate lift suitability for contracts. Prepare and present high-quality proposals and tenders, maintaining regular follow-up with customers. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, including lead generation, quotations, and customer communication.

Portfolio Sales Consultant Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within a technical or service-based industry. Knowledge of lifts and lift-related engineering is essential.
