We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic POS manager. With a diverse store portfolio, there is a growing need for retail marketing materials, including multi-level POS and printed-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail POS; they will be able to assess requirements working closely with retailers/key accounts and sales teams directly. They would then be able to turn this into action and solutions, working with designers and manufacturers. You'll be; Manage and deliver POS projects from concept to completion, focusing on retail POS, including in-store/window displays. Continually assess and maintain POS requirements and proactively create solutions for these. Project Coordination: Oversee and manage all global POS projects, collaborating closely with sales, designers, production teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Schedule Management: Maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while working to global calendars. Budget Management: Assist in setting and tracking POS project budgets, ensuring that designs are completed within budget constraints while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Quality Control: Ensure that the final creative output (from sketches to production-ready files) meets the company’s design standards and brand guidelines. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, finance, and retail teams to align projects with business objectives. Problem Solving: Resolve any operational or creative challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that all parties remain focused on the end goals. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. You'll have; Experience working in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Luxury brands. Minimum 5 years of experience in POS management within a retail environment. Creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation. Proactivity, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward. Team-oriented mindset and ability to foster collaboration and creativity within the team. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in creative design processes. Extensive knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and printing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting to changing priorities and solving challenges quickly.
