We are looking for a dedicated PBS Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will support individuals with autism and learning disabilities, helping to enhance their quality of life through effective and empathetic support strategies. Full training is provided, and we offer funded BTEC Level 4 training in Positive Behaviour Support, with career progression opportunities that include a salary increase to £27,000 upon successful completion of the qualification.
