in Positive Behaviour Support and PROACT-SCIPr-UK. The Role As a Positive Behaviouralist, you will: Work within our Therapy Team to promote positive behavioural support and interventions. Deliver training in

Positive Behaviour Support

and

PROACT-SCIPr-UK , helping to empower staff to deliver exceptional care. Conduct assessments and develop bespoke behaviour support plans tailored to individuals’ needs. Collaborate with the current Behaviouralist during a comprehensive handover to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Liaise with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred outcomes. Provide guidance and support to staff teams, ensuring effective implementation of behaviour strategies. Contribute to the overall therapeutic approach of the organisation, working closely with the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: A

degree in Psychology

(essential). Ideally, experience working in the

health and social care sector . A strong commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A valid UK driving licence (essential, as travel between sites is required). A passion for training and development, with the ability to inspire and educate others. Why Join Us?
