We have an exciting opportunity for a Post-Project Support Manager to join our dedicated team in our Warrington headquarters. The role

To look after our clients and ensure a positive customer experience after fit out and refurbishment projects are completed. Location:

Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid Working arrangements • Based either in the office or on / between sites where appropriate. • Regular site visits and client meetings are anticipated for projects located across the UK. Responsibilities

Regular liaison with our clients after projects to ensure clients are happy. Provide a quick response and efficient communication to attend to any issues that may arise after completion. Build relationships with our clients after project completion to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Attend project completion meetings for introduction to client and to gain an understanding of each project. Arrange client meetings on site 12 months after completion to ensure the client is still happy, resolve any issues that may have arisen, and to ensure the final retention invoice can be billed. Liaise with trade sub-contractors to resolve snagging or defects that may arise after completion. Provide client feedback to our management team to encourage continuing improvement. IT literacy (Excel, Program, Word). Ability to travel 2/3 times a week (UK & ROI). Driving license. Take the next step…
