MPharm degree or equivalent. Registered as a pharmacist with the GPhC. Knowledge of clinical pharmacy. Knowledge of therapeutics. Knowledge of electronic and manual information sources. Practicing member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Postgraduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent qualification. Experience
