Postgres Database Administrator
(PostgreSQL DBA) needed for a 3 – 6 Month Contract in
London
(Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally in January 2025. A chance to work with a leading digital transformation business on large-scale Government NHS projects. Working on a
hybrid
remote basis. Working 1-2 days/week in the office, and 3-4 days/week from home (WFH). Key Experience & Tasks:
Postgres / PostgreSQL DBA to support a DB migration from legacy to Postgres database and AWS Cloud environment. Key Tasks: Postgres database administration, troubleshooting, assessing migration approach suitability (AWS DMS tools) + assisting BAU teams with post-migration Postgres support. NHS or Government / Public Sector project experience preferred. Must be eligible to undergo the SC Security Clearance process. Any prior experience of working for IT Consultancies / IT Services organisations is advantageous.
