Power BI Developer (HR Systems)
My client is seeking a Power BI Developer focusing on HR Systems to join the firm in a permanent position working 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and automate Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and tell stories with the data. Utilize DAX and PowerQuery to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and HR metrics. Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions, providing management information and support for key decisions around the employee lifecycle, D&I etc. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, especially when handling sensitive HR information. Work with SAP Success Factor and our Data & Analytics team to integrate HR data into Power BI.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of HR-related projects. In-depth knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and PowerQuery. Experience with SAP Success Factors is highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills and an excellent knowledge of other Microsoft 365 applications.
