• Maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making across property, finance, operations, and asset management teams.
• Maintaining data models within Power BI to support self-service analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Monitoring and improve report performance, usability, and data accuracy across the BI environment.
• Supporting the migration and enhancement of reporting processes within Azure-based data platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions in a fast-paced project environment.

Skills and requirements

• The Power BI Developer will have 2-5 years of experience delivering BI and reporting solutions in an SME, start-up, or scale-up environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimising performance.
• Experience working with Azure technologies including Data Factory and SQL databases would be advantageous.

Confirmed role details

• Robert Half Technology are assisting a growing UK real estate organisation to recruit a Power BI Developer on a contract basis.
• 6-12 month contract with an ASAP start.
• The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
