About the Role: Are you skilled in building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions? We're looking for a Power Platform Consultant to lead end-to-end customer engagements, from understanding pain points to solution implementation and go-live support. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring customer success through technical expertise and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap and manage solution changes to align with customer vision.

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

Design, configure, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Model and Canvas), Power BI, and Power Automate.

Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, and create appropriate documentation.

Deliver technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solutions.

Oversee solution rollouts, user training, and handovers.

Manage projects effectively, including updating project plans and internal systems.

Skills and Experience: Must-Have:

You must have proven experience of Power Platform - Power Apps (Model & Canvas), Power BI and Power Automate.

Proven experience as a consultant, delivering successful client engagements.

Experience in team management and empowering others to deliver.

Desirable:

Knowledge of PMO/Portfolio Management tools like Project Online or Project for the Web.

Certifications in Microsoft Modern Work, Business Applications, or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP).

Experience with Dynamics CRM, Azure, Logic Apps, or Co-Pilot is a bonus.
