As a Power Platform Consultant, you will work with our Low Code team to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Stack. Your role will be pivotal in delivering projects with an agile approach, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and define project scope. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Power Platform solutions. Understand and discuss the business value of solutions to address customer problems. Demonstrate experience in delivering full project lifecycles of Power Platform solutions. Solution Design & Development: Lead with low-code solutions to minimize technical debt. Design scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI. Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports within the Power Platform environment. Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse to support application data requirements. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies. Document solutions and design thinking for ongoing support. Understand governance and nurture tools within the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit. Project Management: Deliver solutions using agile methodologies such as Scrum or DSDM. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with project teams to drive progress and resolve issues. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status. Manage and estimate project backlog and scope for agile iterations. Training & Support: Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients on Power Platform solutions and agile methodologies. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. Promote organizational change management behaviors to drive adoption and track key KPIs. Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams. Proven experience designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling concepts. Confidence in challenging customer requirements. Passion for user interface and user experience design. Experience in applying design thinking concepts. Proficient in agile methodologies. Experience running Hackathons/Live Build sessions with customers. Self-motivated to learn and stay up-to-date with the Microsoft Power Platform. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
