Senior Consultant/Manager Contract type:

Permanent Your key responsibilities as part of the team: Lead a team of Power Platform developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and propose Power Platform solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Design and develop custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages and Power BI reports/dashboards to meet client requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, solution architecture, and user guides. Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Identify opportunities to optimise existing processes using Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies and provide thought leadership within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and data engineers, to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions. Your experience, skills, and capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Proficiency in creating model-driven and canvas Power Apps with experience using AI builder a plus. Prior experience developing Power Automate flows, Power Pages and Power BI reports/dashboards, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations. Prior experience managing a team of developers and coordinating project deliverables. Solid understanding of data integration techniques, including working with APIs, connectors, and data sources such as Azure and Dataverse. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
