Perform extensive testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of all developed solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective and innovative data solutions. Stay informed about the latest Power Platform advancements, particularly within the insurance sector, to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge. Provide third-line technical support, managing incidents and service requests to meet SLA commitments and maintain system reliability. Document technical processes, known issues, and workarounds while maintaining a robust knowledge base and operational guidelines. Promote the adoption of Power Platform best practices, driving user engagement and business value. Offer ad-hoc training and technical guidance to users, fostering confidence and effective system use.

Required Skills:

Over five years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365, to deliver robust and innovative business applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, with a particular focus on efficient data management practices, scalable solutions, and ensuring data security across various applications. Extensive experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform projects, streamlining the deployment process and ensuring a seamless development lifecycle. Proficient in utilizing application monitoring tools to track system performance, identify issues, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of deployed solutions. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and end-users, gathering requirements, providing updates, and delivering clear technical explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have skills:

Solid experience working with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications and systems using these technologies. Strong understanding of Azure services, including their implementation and integration capabilities, enabling seamless connectivity and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
