Job Purpose The jobholder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges, recommending, developing and maintaining M365 digitalisation/automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Understanding and translating business processes/challenges into M365 solutions. Developing and maintaining M365 solutions using industry standard tools, including but not limited to: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI. End to end project life cycle: Research, design, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation/go-live and end user training. Keeping up to date with new and emerging technology trends and making M365 strategy recommendations. Lead in SIT, UAT and Go-Live testing to ensure a quality solution is delivered to the business. Key Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in developing, modifying and maintaining M365 applications including but not limited to: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve M365 technical issues. Experience integrating using APIs and Microsoft Graph API. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Proficient in development tools including but not limited to Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Graph Explorer and Postman. Familiar with Azure services including but not limited to Entra ID, App Services, Function Apps. Ability to work in a distributed development team with varied cultures and behaviors using modern methodologies. Maintain and promote high standards of professionalism and integrity.
