We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journey, Power Pages, and other Power Platform tools to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and build customizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journey (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) within the last two years. Configure and customize Microsoft Power Pages (formerly Power Portal) within the last two years. Develop, configure, and troubleshoot complex business workflows using Power Automate for process automation. Configure complex business logic using Azure Logic Apps. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, present options, and provide ongoing support to technical teams. Develop comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, APIs, and solution architecture.
Desired Skills:
Design and implement custom APIs to integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems. Create and manage data models and relationships in Dataverse for Power Platform solutions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services (e.G., Logic Apps, Functions) to extend functionality. Implement role-based security, data governance, and compliance standards in the Power Platform ecosystem. Leverage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Power Platform components via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 for secure integrations. Awareness of licensing and optimization strategies for Microsoft solutions. Experience developing Microsoft solutions for the UK healthcare sector. Exposure to Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
