Due to continual expansion within our company, a position has become available for an experienced Powered Access Engineer reporting to the Service Manager. This role will be based at our Bellshill Depot as well as a requirement to attend our client’s premises. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and understand the importance of health and safety within an organisation.
Job Role:
To maintain, repair and prepare a range of new and used Powered Access equipment from industries leading manufacturers. The role will be workshop and field based.
Responsibilities include:
Pre Delivery Inspections and repairs for new and used diesel and electric Scissors and Cherry Pickers
Diagnose and repair faults on machines
Work well with colleagues as part of the Service and Workshop team
Good customer service when attending mobile jobs on customer’s sites.
Accurately complete all relevant paperwork
Adhering to Health and Safety requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar role is ESSENTIAL
Industry recognised Training Certification
Cap Qualified (not essential)
About you:
Clean driving license
Experience of field service essential.
An understanding of the importance of customer service is essential.
An understanding of vehicle safety and upkeep
