Manage budgets and track key metrics (KPIs) to ensure campaigns deliver on targeted goals, like conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer acquisition. Develop and manage remarketing and display campaigns to maximize user engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the web/creative team to improve website conversions and user experience. Utilize Google Analytics 4 to set up tracking and effectively measure conversion metrics. Generate insightful channel reports and dashboards across different analytics platforms. Stay current on the latest trends in search engines and PPC to inform campaign strategies. Partner with marketing colleagues to align strategic marketing objectives with paid advertising efforts. Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI. At least 1 year of experience in agency or client-side PPC management. Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager. A strong ability to execute PPC campaigns from brief to launch, including ongoing tracking and optimization for return on ad spend (ROAS). Fluency in written and verbal English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points for
