This position sits within the PPC team, and offers growth and development opportunities as well as exposure to exciting brands across retail, FMCG, health & wellness and more. The Role: We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional with a passion for PPC Campaigns. This role is perfect for anyone who has 1-3 years of experience working within a digital marketing position with a heavy focus on running paid ads across Google, Bing or Social Media platforms. You will work directly with the Head of PPC to help formulate PPC strategies and campaigns for clients, with a focus on campaign delivery. Responsibilities: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media to drive revenue and achieve client KPIs. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and maximise campaign performance. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights for clients. Collaborate with clients and build strong relationships, providing services tailored to their specific needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and innovate client strategies. Required Skills & Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in a PPC or Digital marketing position. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing. Data-driven decision making, leaning into analytics tools such as GA4. Experience working on paid social campaigns is a bonus. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
