Heroes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon PPC Manager to execute and optimise our Amazon PPC campaigns. As an integral part of our PPC team, the Amazon PPC Manager will be responsible for driving the visibility of Heroes’ products, hitting spend targets and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through effective PPC strategies. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic PPC team, playing a pivotal, collaborative role in shaping the success and growth of Heroes brands. Responsibilities

Act as a key contributor to the overall success of Heroes brands by providing proactive suggestions, data-driven insights, and innovative recommendations. Drive growth by collaborating with the Senior PPC Manager to align PPC efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring that PPC campaigns play a pivotal role in the growth and market positioning of our brands. Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies, focusing on campaign implementation, keyword ranking, and continuous optimization to ensure our products appear prominently for relevant searches. Advanced Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Stay updated with market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze keyword trends, and evaluate ranking strategies to drive continuous improvement. Proactively identify areas for growth and implement targeted optimizations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the brand management team to align PPC strategies with overall brand objectives. Work closely with internal teams to enhance efficiency and stability across multiple markets and brands. Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed and insightful reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROAS. Innovation and Experimentation: Stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends and developments. Drive innovation by continually testing new features and strategies within the Amazon ecosystem to optimize campaign performance. Brand Integration and Onboarding: Assist in the seamless onboarding and integration of new brands, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of PPC campaigns for new additions to our portfolio. About you

Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, demonstrating a track record of driving stable and consistent performance for multiple brands and product lines. Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in data analysis, with strong numeracy skills. Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and advertising features to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge. Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 1.5+ years of experience in Amazon PPC. Our Benefits
