Fantastic career progression

Wagada Digital has a single mission – to provide expert support to our clients whilst offering a positive work culture of learning and fun. Our team is everything to us and our clients flourish on the strong working relationships that we develop. This is a supportive environment where the right staff can grow and develop as quickly as their ambitions will take them. What do we need?

We’re looking for a PPC Specialist to join our teams. This could be a hybrid role for the right person. This is a pivotal role, leading our PPC (Google Ads and Paid Social) team, so you’ll need several years of experience. We’re growing our PPC department and are looking for a talented individual to show us the way – you’ll be innovative, keen to experiment and wanting to get your hands dirty. Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries and budgets. You’ll lead the work of the PPC team and get to share your skills – training and developing them to support you. We make decisions based on data, so you’ll be happy digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and be happy to share your idea on how we can constantly improve results for our clients. We would prefer someone with agency experience, but we’re pretty open-minded so if your background is in an in-house role, you’re passionate and you fit the criteria, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Build, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Perform thorough keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to optimise campaign reach and effectiveness. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign settings to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to budget constraints. Analyse campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC campaigns with overall client marketing strategies. Stay current with PPC and paid social trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies. Implement A/B testing to compare different campaign strategies and improve overall results. Participate in client meetings to present campaign results, discuss strategies, and gather feedback. You’ll be: Analytical and data orientated. A team player. Willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team. Someone who embraces success and failure equally – there’s no room for egos. You’ll have: Several years of PPC (Google Ads and Paid Social) experience. An in-depth knowledge of PPC best practices – bidding strategies and best practices. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns to meet objectives (proficiency in Google Analytics desired). A desire to see our clients succeed. A strong attention to detail. A growth mindset – you’ll be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and willing to work on them. What you’ll get

Generous holiday allowance starting at 23 days plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days. A 4-day week on the last week of the month (10 extra lie-ins a year!). Flexible working opportunities. A competitive salary and bonus of up to 10%. Opportunities to train and develop, go to conferences and share your knowledge with others. Proactive career development – we’re a growing company and love to see our team grow with us. Company pension. Company healthcare plan. Maternity and paternity benefits, plus flexibility for parents to make sure that you never miss the school play. Innovative, exciting and supportive environment. A fun, friendly team environment: twice-yearly team nights away, team socials and lunches, charity challenges, a great deal of banter and a healthy competitive spirit. We’re an inclusive workplace, embracing diversity and equal opportunities for all, so if you have the skills that we are looking for, please apply now, sending us your CV and a covering letter telling us why you want the job.
