PPE Product and Branding Manager Location: Tonbridge Hours: Full time Job type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Summary Excellent opportunity for a PPE Product and Branding Manager to join our client’s team. Our client designs and manufactures motorcycle PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) clothing for women. The position is office-based in Tonbridge, Kent. Working alongside the product design and marketing team, the Product Development Manager’s role would be to drive product development, from idea to market. This fast-paced role would suit someone with marketing and PPE products industry experience, and an understanding of European legislation and CE marking. They offer a competitive salary package with flexible benefits. Key Tasks Maintain and communicate branding and trademark guidelines Product research on materials, branding, and purpose for use Identify CE & UKCA testing requirements Compile sample submission documentation for testing Prepare certification application for submission Collate and construct product technical file, and all supportive documentation Manage testing and certification product status with the relevant Notified Bodies to ensure product conformity Create retail and wholesale product marketing material Assist and support with product hangtags and garment label design Update and maintain digital product catalogue Monitor, analyse, and review customer feedback and product requests Research and identify innovative and new materials Skills Ability to multitask and work well under time pressure Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail, with an analytical approach Very good written and verbal English and a very good level of computer literacy Sound planning and organizational ability Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A creative mindset with a knack for staying ahead of digital trends A results-driven attitude and a passion for delivering impactful outcomes Qualifications & Experience Graphic Design qualification or proven experience Digital Marketing qualification or proven experience - It is key that the successful candidate has a thorough understanding of brand management and the importance of adhering to guidelines Working experience in market research and consumer behaviour or a Degree in Psychology or similar Understanding PPE performance standards and technical documentation is a must Candidate must have knowledge of the PPE products industry and an understanding of European legislation and CE marking, gained from a manufacturing, test and certification background and a technical qualification is desirable Why Join Our Client By joining their team, you'll have the opportunity to: Make a significant impact on woman motorcycle product safety and overall business growth Work alongside a talented and collaborative team dedicated to success Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities in a supportive environment
