Caddy Group is looking for a Mobile PPM Engineer for one of our clients on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a PPM Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across our 35 plant sites in London each month, as well as providing reactive maintenance support as required. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to a high standard. What will you deliver? Carry out all planned preventative maintenance checks and tasks across 35 plant sites in London, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Perform reactive maintenance on building services, heating, and ventilation systems when required. Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work conducted, reporting any substandard or defective equipment. Diagnose and rectify faults on mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, HVAC systems, and plumbing installations. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Escort and support specialist contractors on-site as needed. Proactively identify potential system improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicle provided. Maintain consistent communication with the office team to update on progress, issues, and job completions. Participate in the call-out rota for reactive maintenance services when required. Desired but not required qualifications: Must have served a recognised apprenticeship and obtained Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering. Gas Safe Registration. Completed ACOP L8 in Legionella awareness. City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician certificate (Level 2). F-Gas Certification. Clean Full Driving License. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to a high standard without constant supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience in facilities management and delivering PPM tasks. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
