Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading Food Manufacturers based in Thetford. The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be joining an experienced team with a vast amount of industry knowledge and a company that invests in their staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting reactive and planned maintenance Troubleshooting breakdowns and maintaining accurate records Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering function Working effectively within a team and operating with flexibility Working safely, improving machine reliability, and assessing PPM tasks
The Ideal Background:
Qualifications in both electrical and mechanical engineering Proven engineering experience within a fast-paced environment
