The Opportunity
Sephora is seeking a strategic PR & Communications Manager to lead impactful campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and drive consumer engagement. In this dynamic role, you'll combine creativity and strategic thinking to deliver standout PR initiatives. You'll be instrumental in shaping Sephora's voice through strategic public relations, media outreach, and disruptive brand activations, ensuring our story resonates with audiences and stakeholders alike. From orchestrating high-profile events, such as new store openings, to managing relationships with key media and influencers, your leadership will enhance Sephora's position as a beauty industry leader. Importantly, this role covers both Sephora as a retailer and Sephora Collection, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across these two dynamic areas of the business. This role provides an exciting opportunity to combine your exceptional organizational skills and creative flair to craft memorable experiences and secure standout media coverage for Sephora UK.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
Collaborating with the Head of PR & Communications to design and implement PR strategies aligned with Sephora's goals, including new store openings, exclusive brand launches, and seasonal activations.
Managing media relations to secure consistent coverage, crafting compelling press materials, and identifying opportunities for creative storytelling.
Planning and delivering standout PR events, with a key focus on new store openings to ensure they resonate with our audience and region.
Managing external stakeholders, such as PR agencies, to deliver seamless and impactful campaigns.
Designing and delivering engaging PR mailers to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Tracking and analyzing PR campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
Supporting on crisis communication and proactive reputation management to uphold Sephora's positive brand image.

Extensive experience in communications, including PR strategy, events management, and partnership execution.

Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt to Sephora's tone of voice.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
A disruptive, out-of-the-box approach, consistently seeking innovative ways to engage audiences.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams to ensure alignment and connectivity, avoiding a siloed approach to PR initiatives.
Proven expertise in Beauty PR or consumer brands, with agency experience as a plus.
