This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing designer fashion brand within the PR & Influencer team. As a PR + Influencer Assistant your responsibilities will include efficient sample management, influencer gifting coordination, monitoring influencer and press coverage and contributing to the success of various marketing initiatives and events. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Main Responsibilities: Influencer Relations ● Research and identify key influencers within the luxury fashion space. ● Develop and manage influencer relationships, from outreach to execution and performance tracking as well as building on existing database. ● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market developments. ● Analyse PR and influencer marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and impact on brand perception. ● Maintain and oversee the influencer gifting orders daily, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delivery issues with the marketing team and warehouse. Sample Management ● Serve as the main point of contact for all sample requests and external partners such as PR agencies for press and VIP requests. ● Own and update the sample tracker for PR and marketing sample movements. ● Track and retrieve samples from external partners to ensure timely returns. ● Label and mark damaged samples and report to the production team. ● Manage sample logistics, including labelling, packing, unpacking, and sending samples to internal or external teams and the warehouse. Ensure each sample is accurately recorded in the new products import sheet. ● Assist with sample sales, including ordering sample stock from the warehouse, marking each sample for sale, creating cost price and discount files, and returning unsold samples to the warehouse. ● Create new sample SKUs in Zedonk for all samples, including sample sale bags. ● Manage carryover samples in the office/showroom, ensuring proper display, packing, and tracking. ● Maintain accuracy in the sample stock report, ensuring unique barcodes and correct SKU creation. ● Support co-gifting with retailers, including ordering sample stock, packing, and shipping. ● Perform thorough checks to ensure samples are correctly labelled and barcoded. ● Assist other teams with sample management during busy periods. Press & VIP ● Support implementation of wider PR strategy to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement within the luxury fashion market. ● Identify and secure opportunities for press placements in shopping features with target publications in global regions. ● Manage sample trafficking for VIP and PR opportunities. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts align with brand messaging, product launches, and marketing campaigns. ● Assist in execution of events and activations. Reporting ● Manage content in Tribe, ensuring tagging is fulfilled to aid with wider business reporting. ● Support wholesale with co-gifting campaigns, ensuring influencer features are tracked and included in the EOC report for presentation purposes. ● Compile weekly and monthly PR and Influencer reports and share with the wider team and stakeholders. ● Share daily influencer gifting updates, highlighting KPIs for the week/month. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. ● Proficiency in French language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another language (Italian, Spanish) is a plus. ● Previous experience in luxury fashion PR, influencer marketing, or related roles. ● Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, including key players, trends, and consumer preferences. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. ● Strong project management and organisational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative storytelling and brand positioning. ● Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
