You will be responsible for the following:
The strategic counsel of clients, leading on the development and deployment of creative PR strategies to meet their commercial needs. Ensuring the team always remains outcomes-oriented. Playing a principal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key media, clients, and any other third parties to create great client communications. Managing and overseeing a PR team to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met. Inspiring confidence in clients and the team, serving as a role model and mentor to junior staff while maintaining a positive attitude and can-do spirit. Identifying, developing, and nurturing talent within the team.
To be considered for the role, you should have: Extensive experience working in a PR agency across the built environment. A background in a specific sector of the built environment that covers offices, residential, student, industrial, ESG, regeneration, transport, or renewables. Commercial acumen and experience developing new business and actively contributing to company growth. A strong industry network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the press. A proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns. Polished presentation skills and adept at explaining PR terms and outcomes. Management experience in developing talent.
