Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a

Practice Coordinator

to work at our Leighton Buzzard Practice. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our newly acquired, well-established team. The ideal candidate would be a qualified dental nurse looking to progress their dental career. The role will be 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays. We are a very busy dental practice with a great team of dedicated dental professionals all striving to deliver excellent patient care. Our purpose-built, fully modernized practice is all on one level, providing perfect access for disabled patients and patients with special needs. Digital x-rays in each surgery combine cutting-edge dental technology within this wonderful modern environment. The practice is fully computerized with SfD software. Experience

Experience in a dental environment (ideally) Excellent communication skills - oral & written Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent time management skills Excellent decision-making skills Competent in Microsoft Office The role will include assisting with the following: Ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the practice as a whole Providing and maintaining an excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost, and delivery of performance in accordance with the company strategy, targets, and mission statement Providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff Coaching, leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing team Planning & driving the income targets for the practice Monitoring KPIs & supporting clinicians to achieve both NHS & private targets Maintaining good communication within the practice, including regular practice staff meetings Managing conflict/difficult conversations & situations and dealing promptly with issues/complaints when they arise Delivering and sourcing staff training/development for the practice team Competitive salary, based on previous experience, will be discussed at the interview stage.
